Twelve Moments in Anime 2008 #2 – Nodame Cantabile

There wasn’t a particular episode that stood out for me, but as a whole the series just proved to me that my prejudice against it was unjustified. Afraid of my childhood where i was forced to play piano, a show about pianos and music just didn’t have much appeal to me. But After the second or third episode, I was hooked.

Plus Nodame’s strange noises makes for good entertainment, gyabo!

    The anime inspired me to learn the piano..
    And introduced me to the world of classical music.

    ack the piano! NOOO THE HORRIBLE CHILDHOOD MEMORIES COME FLOODING BACK! But its good that it sparked your interest though, but those 88 keys and I are arch nemesis.

    Nodame, one of the few series which I actually gave a rating of more than 9.
