Looking at the list of what I’m watching, there is a serious lack of action. I mean I have comedies, romance, drama, and even one that teaches you about microbes! But alas, my anime diet also need to be balanced too. So I have recently started watching G*nd*m 00. Big deal? Yes! I’m obviously not a G*nd*m fan; for some reason I’m unfairly biased against it… but you know what? It’s one thing to say something sucks without watching it; but kinda unfair to say it sucks without any basis. My standard for G*nd*m 00 was “if it is better than Dragonagut I’ll watch episode 2″. Fine, I’ll admit it’s not a very high standard.Anyways, continuing. The storyline looks ok so far; slightly complicated. But that maybe a good thing, a complicated storyline is something I actually enjoy. The problem is that the more complicated the storyline, the harder it is to tell the story well. A complicated storyline can easily blow up in your face (like Darker Than Black… it could of been so much better than the garbage that was churned out the last 10 or so episodes).
The one thing that really annoys me is Hallelujah and his damn pokeball-assistant-thing. What the hell kind of name is Hallelujah? His name just annoys me grrrrrrr … but giving Wang more screen time should make up for it, she has the coolest wardrobe ever!
Other notables I’ve picked up include : Zero no Tsukaima II and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I’m also thinking about starting Bleach, but the 100+ episodes to download is kinda … meh =(
